1Open: Expected vs. Unexpected
Never skip this. Zero resistance. No one has ever rejected it.
"Can you agree that in business we expect things to go right — contracts to hold, employees to follow the rules? But can you also agree there are things we DON'T expect? 4Walk through the circled plan
Only present the ONE plan your circles landed on. Reference everything they said earlier.

5Employee lawsuit exposure — the power move
If they have employees — do NOT skip this.

Ask their attorney's hourly rate first — then do the math in front of them.

8Close & call to action
Get them writing — paper apps are more powerful than digital. People who write are more committed.

The one question that closes everything: "If you could pick up the phone and ask a lawyer a question about your business — and know there was absolutely no bill coming afterward — would you make that call?" If they say yes — they just told you they need the plan. "That's exactly what this is."
